Spring-inspired mocktails

• 2 cups orange juice
• ½ cup Soda water

Method:

1. Pour 1 ½ cups orange juice into an ice tray and freeze for 2 hours
2. Add the frozen orange juice cubes, the other ½ cup orange juice and ½ cup soda water to a blender
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour into a glass and serve with a fresh orange slice.

What you’ll need for fresh & fruity

• ½ cup chopped cucumber
• 1 sprig mint2 cups strawberries
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 120ml soda water

Method:

1. Chop your cucumber into 1cm thick cubes
2. Wash your strawberries and sprinkle sugar over them
3. Bring 200ml water to the boil in a small pot and then add the cucumber, mint and strawberries
4. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the pot for 2 minutes
5. Turn off the heat, stir and lightly crush the cucumber, mint and berries with the back of a spoon
6. Strain the mixture
7. Pour 40ml of your strained mixture into a glass
8. Add in 120ml soda water and a handful of ice and top
9. Garnish with some more cucumber, apply slices, strawberries and mint
10. Stir gently to combine.

What you’ll need for the fab faux-jito

• 1 sprig fresh mint
• 3 slices lime
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Ice
• 180ml Soda water

Method:

1. Add mint leaves and lime to a bowl
2. Using a muddler or a spoon, mash the lime and mint well
3. Transfer your crushed mint and lime mixture to a tall glass
4. Add in the honey, ice and soda water
5. Stir to combine
6. Garnish with lime and mint.
